<p>Found <a href="http://whitehottruth.com/white-hot/my-dominatrix-of-decisions-rides-a-hedgehog/">this interesting post</a> this morning by Danielle Laporte, one of my mentors.&#160; This from Jim Collins’ mega seller, <em><a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/0066620996?tag=whihottruwitd-20&amp;camp=213381&amp;creative=390973&amp;linkCode=as4&amp;creativeASIN=0066620996&amp;adid=1J720W5431P34G8TJ1MB&amp;">Good To Great</a></em>. <em>Good to Great</em> features the Hedgehog Principle:</p>
<p><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="image" border="0" alt="image" src="http://integralevolutionary.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/image.png" width="516" height="484" /> </p>
<p>This kind of debunks the myth of “do what you love, the money will follow”, eh? </p>
<p>Or it might be more accurate to say that it <em>refines</em> that myth.&#160; Because I still believe that you need to be passionate about something to succeed. </p>
<p>It’s just that passion <em>alone</em>… may not put bread on the table.</p>
<p>This is a decision I face daily.&#160; </p>
